ATLANTA, GA—Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), a privately owned hotel ownership and management firm headquartered here, has assumed management of the 130-suite Candlewood Suites Rogers/Bentonville, located at 4601 West Rozell in Rogers, AR. HVMG now manages 41 hotels in 17 states, including several IHG-branded properties.
“Our continued growth is a testament to HVMG’s platform of comprehensive services and our hands-on team’s ability to deliver outstanding results by growing market share while also managing excellent expense margins,” HVMG President & CEO Robert Cole said in a statement.
HVMG has more than doubled the size of its portfolio since the beginning of 2010. It added eight hotels to its portfolio in 2011 (a 36% growth rate) and has added nine hotels and two conference centers thus far in 2012. In 2010, HVMG added seven hotels (a 33% growth rate).
The Candlewood Suites Rogers/Bentonville features large studio and one-bedroom suites with a fully equipped kitchen, DVD player with free DVD library, free high-speed Internet access and work desk. Amenities include indoor pool, fitness center, free laundry facilities and the Candlewood Cupboard, which offers snacks and sundries 24/7. A 24-hour business center, three meeting rooms encompassing 2,000 sq. ft. and complimentary parking also are offered.
