BERLIN, GERMANY–Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide plans to introduce its Four Points by Sheraton mid-tier, select-service brand here in 2014.

Owned by Propertias SRO, the hotel will be the first Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Berlin and the third for the brand in Germany. The new-build property will be located adjacent to a new business park and in close proximity to Berlin Brandenburg International Airport, which is currently under construction.
